  1. Hi, I’ll like to clarify if your courier will follow the selected delivery time slot, e.g. 5-8pm, as your faqs seem to say they won’t.

    Also, will we know in advance which date they will deliver? This will help us ensure someone is around to receive the honey.


    • Hi, we have recently changed the courier we use. During check out, you’ll be able to select the preferred date and timeslot that you want the delivery to be. You can also leave any special requirements in the comments of your order. The courier will follow the specific time slot chosen. If there’s a special requests for a specific timing, we’ll try to follow that time slot as far as possible as well.

  2. Hi, I have 1683 points in my account but when I check out with my orders, I cannot redeem my points and it either go to a blank screen or say ‘maximum discount is 90%’. Please advise how to redeem my points when I order. Thanks.
