CY Wellness LLP does not undertake to keep the Website updated; CY Wellness LLP does not accept liability for any loss or damage which may resulteither directly or indirectly from reliance by you upon the accuracy or currency of information contained on the Website including without limitation where such loss or damage is a result of or contributed to by the negligence of CY Wellness LLP.

V. Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain or some orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel, even after accepting your order. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.  For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.  Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.  CY Wellness LLP strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law in Singapore or any country or territory abroad.

After your order is confirmed and you wish to cancel it, and if payment has not been made and it has yet to be despatched, please contact us urgently to do so.

If payment has been made but the order has yet to be despatched, a 5% processing fee will be charged before the refund can be made.

If payment has been made and the order has been despatched, a 5% processing fee on top of return shipping costs will be levied before the refund can be made.

VI. Returns and Refunds Policy

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on unopened and untampered products. You must notify us within 7 days of goods receipt and the unopened and untampered product must reach us within a 14-day period from goods receipt for us to process a full refund minus shipping costs. If it is due to manufacturer’s defects, we will refund the entire amount and absorb the incurred charges.

We reserve the right to void this money-back guarantee if the product has been found to be tampered with or damaged due to negligence on the customer’s part after the product has been delivered and not due to manufacturer’s defect.

Please note that dents in packaging will not be counted as manufacturer’s defect as it does not affect the quality of the product. However, this is rare as we inspect all of our products carefully before delivery and we make sure that we wrap and pack your order with utmost care to avoid any damage.

VII. Linked Websites and Third Party Information

The Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Websites”). Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or maintained. CY Wellness LLP is not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with linked websites.
