1. Ordering FAQs
How do I place an order?
Simple. Just add the items you wish to order into your cart and click on checkout. If you encounter any difficulties during the ordering process, please do not hesitate to call or email us.
What are the payment methods available?
Credit Card, Paypal or Internet Funds Transfer to DBS/POSB.

For Interbank (non-DBS to DBS) Funds Transfer, do note that it takes 2-3 working days for funds to clear. We will only despatch after the funds have been deposited into our account.
Because we already offer an extremely attractive price on our honey, please understand that we have to levy a 3% fee for Paypal and Credit Card transactions to cover our administrative costs.
Do you offer any further discounts?
We order bulk purchase discounts for purchase of 6 or more of the same item. Your discount is calculated automatically when you add 6 or 12 of the same product into your shopping cart.

2. Shipping and Delivery FAQs
How will I get my products?
We use a combination of delivery methods to ensure that your order is despatched within 24 hours of payment received and confirmed. We use only trackable methods to ensure that your package reaches you promptly.
- Door-to-door delivery via Courier
- Singpost Smartpac or Registered Postage
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free for orders above $100 and will reach you within 2-3 working days upon payment confirmation. Orders less than $100 will incur a $7 shipping fee.
However, if you require urgent delivery, please do let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. However, an additional charge of $5 will be levied for urgent deliveries.

What is your exchange policy?
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on unopened and untampered products. You must notify us within 7 days of goods receipt and the unopened and untampered product must reach us within a 14-day period from goods receipt for us to process a full refund minus shipping costs. If it is due to manufacturer’s defects, we will refund the entire amount and absorb the incurred charges.
We reserve the right to void this money-back guarantee if the product has been found to be tampered with or damaged due to negligence on the customer’s part after the product has been delivered and not due to manufacturer’s defect.
Please note that dents in packaging will not be counted as manufacturer’s defect as it does not affect the quality of the product. However, this is rare as we inspect all of our products carefully before delivery and we make sure that we wrap and pack your order with utmost care to avoid any damage.
Can I cancel my order?
If payment has not been made and has yet to be despatched, please contact us urgently to do so.
If payment has been made but order has yet to be despatched, a 5% processing fee will be charged before the refund can be made.
If payment has been made and order has been despatched, a 5% processing fee on top of return shipping costs will be levied before the refund can be made.
